Quality management system policy

The Management of VILLASÁN y PUERTAS, wishes to achieve a position of prestige within the sector of logistics companies and specifically in the: “Transport and distribution of goods by road” and to achieve this, considers it necessary to work according to a Quality Management System.

The purpose of the Quality Management System is to allow a better management of material and human resources, which must be oriented towards the reduction, elimination and prevention of deficiencies in quality, and more importantly, towards the commitment of continuous improvement of the System, with a constant search for the satisfaction of the requirements of the interested parties with the greatest efficiency.

The Top Management has designated the Head of the Quality Management System as its representative in this matter and has defined this document, called Quality Management System Policy, as the reference framework on which to develop all the activities and processes of our organisation.

Constitutes and assumes the following commitments

1.- To train and raise the awareness of our staff and thus encourage the development of an adequate quality management by our suppliers and subcontractors.

2.- The continuous improvement of the QMS.

3.- We are committed to ensuring that the Quality Management System Policy is accessible to all interested parties.

The Quality Management System must satisfy the needs and expectations of the interested parties (the need to have confidence in our ability to supply the desired quality, as well as to achieve that quality on an ongoing basis), as well as satisfying our needs and interests (the commercial need to achieve and maintain the desired quality at a reasonable cost).

The Quality Management System implemented in VILLASÁN y PUERTAS meets the requirements set out in the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 Standard, being embodied in a Quality Manual and documented procedures.

The activities of VILLASÁN y PUERTAS will always be developed within the legal framework, for which the company maintains a commitment to comply with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as other commitments that apply to our company, which will be kept updated to ensure compliance.
This Quality Policy is transmitted to all the components of the company, who are trained and motivated in the sense that each employee is responsible for the quality of his own work, being the sending of informative e-mails the methodology used to transfer the mentioned information.

The Quality System, and therefore this Policy, is reviewed by the Administrators as often as necessary, but not less than once a year, in order to keep it updated and adapted to the needs of the organisation.

The Quality Objectives that the company aims to achieve will also be established annually.

The administrator of VILLASÁN y PUERTAS is convinced that this way serves to increase the Quality Culture of all the staff of the organisation.
